Findings from Fyvie Castle, Gardens and Estate

The first pilot assessment that we have completed is that for Fyvie Castle, Gardens and Estate. This proved to be a really interesting and rich assessment, with a mixture of overlapping interests, values, and activities associated with different aspects of the property. In this post we provide an overview of the assessment process and summarise some of the key findings.

Phase One Reflections

Phase One of the project was an organisational overview, exploring current understandings and approaches to social values within the Trust. We also asked staff what they see as the opportunities and challenges of working with social values, and what they would like to see this project deliver. This post summarises our initial results and reflections.
